Shipping: Shipping costs are associated with each item won and are specified on the item's detail page. In some cases additional shipping may need to be charged and will be determined at the time the item is sent. Payment: The Hermie and Elliott Sadler Foundation will contact the winning bid to finalize payment for the item. Payment must be received within 72 hours after being contacted by the Sadler Foundation. The person with the winning bid will be responsible for payment and may choose whether or not to have their name used as the "winner". Only the person making the winning bid will be allowed to publish their name as the "winner". Lost or Damaged Items: Shipping will be added to the item and any lost or damaged goods must be reported upon delivery. All Sales Are Final: If the winner of the auction for any reason is unable to pay the Hermie and Elliott Sadler Foundation will contact the bidder who had the second highest bid and give them a chance to take the item with their second place bid amount. |
